L. Dewitt's SKU #: B6550 | Mfr Part #: B6550The Bijur Delimon B6550 Meter Unit (Type FTB-3/0) is a precision oil proportioning device for Single Line Resistance (SLR) cyclic lubrication systems. The FTB is a tee-type unit with a 3/4" O.D. body and an alternate port orientation from the FTA, providing installation flexibility where the FTA mounting angle is restricted. It delivers "Extra Slow" metered oil to the bearing.
Regulated Extra Slow Flow
As a FTB-3/0 model, this unit delivers the Extra Slow flow rate — the lowest standard output in the Bijur SLR system. It is engineered for the smallest precision bearings, instrument slides, and lubrication points where even a trace amount of oil is sufficient to maintain a protective film. Use the 3/0 designation where even the standard 00-rate would over-lubricate the point, risking contamination or floor drip.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional oil flow and prevents line drainage during the pump's off cycle. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
