L. Dewitt's SKU #: B1082 | Mfr Part #: B1082The Bijur Delimon B1082 Meter Unit (Type FTB-5) is a precision oil proportioning device for Single Line Resistance (SLR) cyclic lubrication systems. The FTB is a tee-type unit with a 3/4" O.D. body and an alternate port orientation from the FTA, providing installation flexibility where the FTA mounting angle is restricted. It delivers "Extra, Extra Fast" metered oil to the bearing.
Regulated Extra, Extra Fast Flow
As a FTB-5 model, this unit delivers the Extra, Extra Fast flow rate — the maximum standard output available. Reserved for the most demanding bearing points: heavily loaded, large-diameter bearings and high-speed shafts where the highest possible lubrication volume is critical to preventing premature failure.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional oil flow and prevents line drainage during the pump's off cycle. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
