L. Dewitt's SKU #: B1081 | Mfr Part #: B1081The Bijur Delimon B1081 Meter Unit (Type FTB-4) is a precision oil proportioning device for Single Line Resistance (SLR) cyclic lubrication systems. The FTB is a tee-type unit with a 3/4" O.D. body and an alternate port orientation from the FTA, providing installation flexibility where the FTA mounting angle is restricted. It delivers "Extra Fast" metered oil to the bearing.
Regulated Extra Fast Flow
As a FTB-4 model, this unit delivers Extra Fast flow, providing a high-volume oil delivery for the largest or most critically loaded bearing points in the system. Typically specified for oversized journals, large-diameter slides, and applications with extreme load or speed requirements.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional oil flow and prevents line drainage during the pump's off cycle. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
