What Is the Dynamis Maxx Lubricator?

The Dynamis Maxx is a multi-element electric grease pump that supplies lubricant to series progressive divider valve networks. Each pump can be fitted with up to three independent or combined piston elements, allowing it to feed multiple lubrication circuits from a single centralized unit.

Unlike single-line resistance or dual-line systems, progressive systems rely on a continuous sequence of divider valve movement. The Dynamis Maxx provides the steady, positive flow required to keep that sequence operating reliably.

How the Dynamis Maxx Works

Power supplied to the electric motor drives a gear reducer and eccentric cam. This cam actuates push-pull piston elements, creating alternating suction and pressure strokes. Each stroke displaces a fixed volume of grease through an outlet check valve into the main supply line feeding the progressive divider valve network.

Each piston element is equipped with its own relief valve that returns excess pressure to the reservoir, protecting system components and maintaining consistent delivery.

Designed for Progressive Lubrication Systems

Dynamis Maxx lubricators are engineered exclusively for use with series progressive divider valves. They are not intended for single-line resistance systems or dual-line systems that require pressure reversal.
