L. Dewitt's SKU #: B1080 | Mfr Part #: B1080The Bijur Delimon B1080 Meter Unit (Type FTB-3) is a precision oil proportioning device for Single Line Resistance (SLR) cyclic lubrication systems. The FTB is a tee-type unit with a 3/4" O.D. body and an alternate port orientation from the FTA, providing installation flexibility where the FTA mounting angle is restricted. It delivers "Fast" metered oil to the bearing.
Regulated Fast Flow
As a FTB-3 model, this unit delivers Fast flow, engineered for high-demand bearing points such as large roller bearings, heavily loaded ball screws, and high-speed spindles running under continuous loads. This rate ensures a full protective film is maintained even in the most demanding machining environments.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional oil flow and prevents line drainage during the pump's off cycle. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
