L. Dewitt's SKU #: B3779 | Mfr Part #: B3779The Bijur Delimon B3779 Meter Unit (Type FJD-5) is a precision oil proportioning device for Single Line Resistance (SLR) cyclic lubrication systems. The FJD is a slim-profile junction type machined from 5/16" hex bar stock, designed for thinner junctions with closer hole spacing. Its 1/4-28 NF outlet accommodates the 5/16 hex compression nut (#B3610) and it delivers "Extra, Extra Fast" metered oil per cycle.
Regulated Extra, Extra Fast Flow
As a FJD-5 model, this unit delivers the Extra, Extra Fast flow rate — the maximum standard output available. Reserved for the most demanding bearing points: heavily loaded, large-diameter bearings and high-speed shafts where the highest possible lubrication volume is critical to preventing premature failure.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional oil flow and prevents line drainage between pump cycles. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
