L. Dewitt's SKU #: B6556 | Mfr Part #: B6556The Bijur Delimon B6556 Meter Unit (Type FTL-3/0) is a precision oil proportioning device for Single Line Resistance (SLR) cyclic lubrication systems. The FTL is a tee-type unit with a 3/4" O.D. body in aluminum construction, providing the same metering capability as the brass FTA in a lighter-weight package. It delivers "Extra Slow" metered oil per cycle.
Regulated Extra Slow Flow
As a FTL-3/0 model, this unit delivers the Extra Slow flow rate — the lowest standard output in the Bijur SLR system. It is engineered for the smallest precision bearings, instrument slides, and lubrication points where even a trace amount of oil is sufficient to maintain a protective film. Use the 3/0 designation where even the standard 00-rate would over-lubricate the point, risking contamination or floor drip.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional oil flow and prevents line drainage between pump cycles. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
