The FT is a tee-type unit with 1/8 NPT threads on both inlet and outlet, designed to tap into an existing pipe or tubing run and deliver "Extra Slow" metered oil to the bearing without interrupting the main line.
Regulated Extra Slow Flow
As a FT-3/0 model, this unit delivers the Extra Slow flow rate — the lowest standard output in the Bijur SLR system. It is engineered for the smallest precision bearings, instrument slides, and lubrication points where even a trace amount of oil is sufficient to maintain a protective film. Use the 3/0 designation where even the standard 00-rate would over-lubricate the point, risking contamination or floor drip.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional metered oil flow and prevents line drainage between pump cycles. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
