The FTA is a robust tee-type unit with a 3/4" O.D. body and a 1/8 pipe thread outlet, designed to provide a metered oil tap directly off an existing lubrication line. It delivers "Extra Slow" flow to the bearing point.
Regulated Extra Slow Flow
As a FTA-3/0 model, this unit delivers the Extra Slow flow rate — the lowest standard output in the Bijur SLR system. It is engineered for the smallest precision bearings, instrument slides, and lubrication points where even a trace amount of oil is sufficient to maintain a protective film. Use the 3/0 designation where even the standard 00-rate would over-lubricate the point, risking contamination or floor drip.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional oil flow and prevents drainage between pump cycles. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
