L. Dewitt's SKU #: B6548 | Mfr Part #: B6548The Bijur Delimon B6548 Meter Unit (Type FJB-3/0) is a precision oil proportioning device for Single Line Resistance (SLR) cyclic lubrication systems. The FJB is the most commonly used meter unit junction type — it threads into a standard Bijur junction or junction header and delivers "Extra Slow" metered oil via a 5/32" tail tube to the bearing point.
Regulated Extra Slow Flow
As a FJB-3/0 model, this unit delivers the Extra Slow flow rate — the lowest standard output in the Bijur SLR system. It is engineered for the smallest precision bearings, instrument slides, and lubrication points where even a trace amount of oil is sufficient to maintain a protective film. Use the 3/0 designation where even the standard 00-rate would over-lubricate the point, risking contamination or floor drip.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional oil flow (arrow stamped on 3/8" hex body) and prevents the tail tube and distribution lines from draining back during the pump's off cycle. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
