L. Dewitt's SKU #: B2495 | Mfr Part #: B2495The Bijur Delimon B2495 Meter Unit (Type FJB-0) is a precision oil proportioning device for Single Line Resistance (SLR) cyclic lubrication systems. The FJB is the most commonly used meter unit junction type — it threads into a standard Bijur junction or junction header and delivers "Medium Slow" metered oil via a 5/32" tail tube to the bearing point.
Regulated Medium Slow Flow
As a FJB-0 model, this unit delivers Medium Slow flow — one of the most widely specified rates in standard machine tool lubrication. Suitable for a broad range of small-to-medium bearings where a light, consistent protective film is needed each cycle without excessive oil consumption or messy floor drip.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional oil flow (arrow stamped on 3/8" hex body) and prevents the tail tube and distribution lines from draining back during the pump's off cycle. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
