L. Dewitt's SKU #: B8871 | Mfr Part #: B8871The Bijur Delimon B8871 Meter Unit (Type FKD-0) is a precision oil proportioning device for Single Line Resistance (SLR) cyclic lubrication systems. The FKD is the 1/8 BSPT equivalent of the FKA — an insert-type unit designed for machines with British Standard Pipe bearing ports. Like the FKA, the inlet shank inserts into a drilled machine passage while the 1/8 BSPT outlet connects to the bearing. It delivers "Medium Slow" metered oil per cycle.
Regulated Medium Slow Flow
As a FKD-0 model, this unit delivers Medium Slow flow — one of the most widely specified rates in standard machine tool lubrication. Suitable for a broad range of small-to-medium bearings where a light, consistent protective film is needed each cycle without excessive oil consumption or messy floor drip.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional oil flow and prevents internal passage drainage between pump cycles. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
