L. Dewitt's SKU #: B4128 | Mfr Part #: B4128The Bijur Delimon B4128 Meter Unit (Type FTK-00) is a precision oil proportioning device for Single Line Resistance (SLR) cyclic lubrication systems. The FTK is a mid-size tee-type unit with a 9/16" diameter body and an additional lubrication port, providing added flexibility in multi-point tee installations. It delivers "Slow" metered oil per cycle.
Regulated Slow Flow
As a FTK-00 model, this unit delivers Slow flow, the next step above Extra Slow. It is ideal for smaller bearings and precision slides where only a minimal but consistent oil film is required each cycle. Because each incremental increase in Bijur meter unit size approximately doubles the output, the 00-size is frequently used to fine-tune lower-demand points in a balanced multi-point system.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional oil flow and prevents drainage between pump cycles. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
