L. Dewitt's SKU #: B3318 | Mfr Part #: B3318The Bijur Delimon B3318 Meter Unit (Type FJC-3) is a precision oil proportioning device for Single Line Resistance (SLR) cyclic lubrication systems. The FJC junction type is similar to the FJB but features a tubing connection insert at the outlet for a smaller 3/32" O.D. tail tube, ideal for high-density installations or restricted routing paths. It delivers "Fast" metered oil per cycle.
Regulated Fast Flow
As a FJC-3 model, this unit delivers Fast flow, engineered for high-demand bearing points such as large roller bearings, heavily loaded ball screws, and high-speed spindles running under continuous loads. This rate ensures a full protective film is maintained even in the most demanding machining environments.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional oil flow and prevents tail tube and line drainage during the pump's off cycle. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
