L. Dewitt's SKU #: B1111 | Mfr Part #: B1111The Bijur Delimon B1111 Meter Unit (Type FTD-5) is a precision oil proportioning device for Single Line Resistance (SLR) cyclic lubrication systems. The FTD is a mid-size tee-type unit with a 9/16" O.D. body, bridging the gap between the compact FTC and the heavy-duty FTA/FTB. It delivers "Extra, Extra Fast" metered oil to the bearing.
Regulated Extra, Extra Fast Flow
As a FTD-5 model, this unit delivers the Extra, Extra Fast flow rate — the maximum standard output available. Reserved for the most demanding bearing points: heavily loaded, large-diameter bearings and high-speed shafts where the highest possible lubrication volume is critical to preventing premature failure.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional oil flow and prevents line drainage between pump cycles. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
