L. Dewitt's SKU #: B1074 | Mfr Part #: B1074The Bijur Delimon B1074 Meter Unit (Type FTA-3) is a precision oil proportioning device for Single Line Resistance (SLR) cyclic lubrication systems. The FTA is a robust tee-type unit with a 3/4" O.D. body and a 1/8 pipe thread outlet, designed to provide a metered oil tap directly off an existing lubrication line. It delivers "Fast" flow to the bearing point.
Regulated Fast Flow
As a FTA-3 model, this unit delivers Fast flow, engineered for high-demand bearing points such as large roller bearings, heavily loaded ball screws, and high-speed spindles running under continuous loads. This rate ensures a full protective film is maintained even in the most demanding machining environments.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional oil flow and prevents drainage between pump cycles. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
