The AJB threads into a metric junction or junction header — using the M8×1 seating configuration for an oil-tight connection — and delivers "Medium Slow" flow via a tail tube from its outlet to the bearing point.
Regulated Medium Slow Flow
As a AJB-0 model, this unit delivers Medium Slow flow — one of the most widely specified rates in standard machine tool lubrication. Suitable for a broad range of small-to-medium bearings where a light, consistent protective film is needed each cycle without excessive oil consumption or messy floor drip.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional oil flow (arrow stamped on body) and prevents supply lines from draining during the pump's off cycle. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
