The CKA is an insert-type control unit that threads into a tapped hole mating with a drilled internal oil passage — no external inlet tubing required. It delivers "Medium" output via its outlet to the bearing.
Calibrated Medium Output
As a CKA-0 unit, this control unit delivers Medium output, appropriate for mid-range bearing points in continuous systems operating under moderate load and speed. The medium rate balances lubrication adequacy with oil economy across a well-designed multi-point continuous circuit.
Continuous System Design
For continuous-flow lubrication systems only. No internal check valve. Do not use in cyclic pump systems.
