The CJB threads into a junction or junction header in a continuous-duty circuit and calibrates to the "Extra, Extra Fast" output rate, ensuring each bearing point receives a steady, proportioned volume of oil as long as the system is running.
Calibrated Extra, Extra Fast Output
As a CJB-4 unit, this control unit delivers the Extra, Extra Fast output rate — near the top of the C-series range. Specified for critical, high-demand bearing points in continuous systems where only the highest steady oil delivery will prevent failure under sustained heavy load.
Continuous System Design
For continuous-flow lubrication systems only. Unlike cyclic (SLR) meter units, CJB control units have no internal check valve and are designed for systems where the pump runs continuously. Do not use in cyclic (intermittent) pump systems — the absence of a check valve will result in line drainage and system failure.
