The CKD is the 1/8 BSPT equivalent of the CKA — an insert-type unit with a BSPT outlet — calibrated to "Extra Fast" output for machines with British Standard Pipe bearing ports.
Calibrated Extra Fast Output
As a CKD-3 unit, this control unit delivers Extra Fast output, engineered for the highest-demand bearing points in a continuous system. Reserved for large-diameter bearings, heavily loaded slides, and high-speed spindles where a maximum proportioned oil flow is required at all times.
Continuous System Design
For continuous-flow lubrication systems only. No internal check valve. Do not use in cyclic pump systems.
