Precision Drill Guidance
As a DIN 179 Style A bushing, this component has the hole rounded on one end to support controlled drill entry and stable guidance through the fixture plate. The cylindrical body is ideal where a flangeless bushing profile is preferred.
Hardened Ground Steel
Manufactured from special low carbon steel, hardened to 740 ±80 HV 10, and ground for dimensional consistency. From D1 over 15 mm, the datasheet notes size increments increase by 0.5 mm.
