The Bijur Delimon ZV-B Dual-Line Distributor (ZVB02A150300) is a precision block-type metering distributor for dual-line centralized lubrication systems. Constructed from Steel, Zinc-Nickel Plated, this 2-outlet unit meters 1.5 cm³ of grease or oil per outlet per cycle. The distributor operates hydraulically — no springs — driven entirely by the pressure of the lubricant in the active main line. Each lubrication cycle consists of two strokes: when Main Line I is pressurized (Main Line II relieved), the associated outlets fire; then when Main Line II is pressurized, the alternating outlets fire. This ensures every bearing point is served every complete cycle.

How It Works & Service Notes

Each outlet's metering device allows continuous adjustment from the minimum (approx. 25% of max) to the full 1.5 cm³ dose, without disassembly. The integrated inductive monitoring switch signals the controller at the end of each piston stroke, enabling full system fault detection. The distributor has one metering piston and one control piston for every two lubrication points — each full operating cycle consists of two strokes (one per main line). To cross-port two opposing outlets, remove set screw (item 6) and screw plug (item 7). Service seal kits are available: ZVBETA0005 (0.5 & 1.5 cm³ units) or ZVBETA0006 (3.0 cm³ units).
