Configured as a 2 Liter PDI system with 24 VDC (2.4A) power and Terminal Block + Run Switch + Motor LED, this pump serves up to 100 lubrication points and is designed to reduce bearing failures, minimize machine downtime, and eliminate the inconsistency of manual lubrication.
Positive Displacement Injector (PDI) System
The SFX PDI version is engineered for Positive Displacement Injector systems. The gear pump pressurizes the distribution network, forcing all PDI injectors to fire simultaneously — each discharging a precise, pre-set volume of lubricant stored in its cylinder during the previous cycle. Once all injectors discharge, pressure continues to rise until the pressure switch closes at 290 psi (20 bar). This can signal the motor to stop, and the resulting pressure differential actuates a quick-dump valve that relieves line pressure back to the reservoir — readying the system for the next cycle. PDI systems serve up to 100 lubrication points and can handle both oil and fluid greases.
Terminal Block + Run Switch + Motor LED — Control & Monitoring
This unit includes a Terminal Block with a momentary Run switch and Motor "On" LED, offering a simple manual trigger option alongside PLC/DCS integration. The LED provides at-a-glance motor status confirmation at the pump.
