The CJD is a slim-profile junction control unit machined for thinner junctions with closer hole spacing, calibrated to the "Extra Slow" output rate and used where a standard CJB body will not fit.
Calibrated Extra Slow Output
As a CJD-4/0 unit, this control unit delivers the Extra Slow output rate, one step above the minimum. Designed for the smallest precision bearing points in continuous-flow lubrication circuits where a near-minimal, steady oil supply is required without risk of over-lubrication.
Continuous System Design
For continuous-flow lubrication systems only. No internal check valve. Do not use in cyclic pump systems.
