The CKA is an insert-type control unit that threads into a tapped hole mating with a drilled internal oil passage — no external inlet tubing required. It delivers "Extra Extra Slow" output via its outlet to the bearing.
Calibrated Extra Extra Slow Output
As a CKA-5/0 unit, this control unit is calibrated to the Extra Extra Slow output rate — the minimum end of the C-series range. It is specified for bearing points or slides that require only the most minimal trace of lubrication in a continuously running system, where even a slight over-delivery would cause contamination or pooling.
Continuous System Design
For continuous-flow lubrication systems only. No internal check valve. Do not use in cyclic pump systems.
