Featuring a 1-pint clear plastic reservoir and a spring-return piston pump, this unit provides a reliable, cost-effective method for delivering a precise volume of oil to multiple points simultaneously with a single pull of the handle.
Simple Manual Operation
Operation is straightforward: pull the tee-handle slowly to the stop to fill the cylinder, then release. An internal spring automatically discharges the oil into the system at a consistent 30 PSI average pressure, ensuring the lubricant reaches all connected meter units regardless of oil viscosity.
Internal Protection
To protect your machinery and the lubrication network, the D3204C includes a 40-micron inlet filter. This ensures that only clean lubricant enters the piston assembly, preventing premature wear and clogging of downstream meter units.
