The Bijur Delimon M2500G Series Divider Valve Manifold (M2500B7G) is the principal component of a progressive centralized lubrication system. This 7-section assembly uses 1/8"-27 NPSF (US Standard) outlet ports and can service up to 14 independent lubrication points from a single manifold. Cyclic lubricant pressure from a pump forces sequential piston movement through each section, delivering a precise, fixed volume of lubricant — grease or oil — to every connected bearing or lubrication point in sequence. Modular construction allows sections to be added, removed, or reconfigured without disconnecting any tubing.

Valve sections (MCVA2501__G) are ordered separately. Each manifold base accepts sizes 05 through 40 in any combination.

The M2500G manifold base assembly (M2500B7G) includes the inlet section, 7 valve base sections, end section, tie rods, nuts, and Viton O-rings. Valve sections (MCVA2501__G series, sizes 05–40) are ordered separately and installed into the base. Each cycle of the upstream lubricator forces the piston in section 1 to move first, then section 2, and so on in sequence — every bearing point receives exactly the volume set by its valve size before the cycle repeats. A visual indicator (P/N 37786) or electrical cycle switch (P/N 17324 + 33583) can be fitted to any section with a cycle pin to confirm system operation. Torque tie rod nuts to 5–8 ft·lbs and outlet fittings to 8–9 ft·lbs. Refer to Bijur Delimon service guide DS 35821 for full assembly and troubleshooting procedures.
