How the SureFire II PDI System Works

During operation, the internal gear pump draws lubricant from the reservoir and pressurizes the distribution network. This pressure forces all connected positive displacement injectors to discharge their stored lubricant volumes to individual lubrication points.

Once all injectors have completed their discharge, system pressure rises until the pressure switch setting is reached. At this point, the pump motor is stopped and a quick dump valve relieves line pressure back into the reservoir, resetting the system for the next lubrication cycle.
