How the Lubrication Cycle Works
During a lubrication cycle, the motor-driven internal gear pump draws lubricant from the reservoir and pressurizes the main supply line. As pressure builds, each connected PDI injector dispenses a metered volume of lubricant to its designated lubrication point.
Once all injectors have discharged, system pressure continues to rise until the pressure switch threshold is reached. The pump then unloads, and a quick dump valve relieves pressure back into the reservoir, allowing injectors to reset for the next cycle.
