The CJB threads into a junction or junction header in a continuous-duty circuit and calibrates to the "Fast" output rate, ensuring each bearing point receives a steady, proportioned volume of oil as long as the system is running.
Calibrated Fast Output
As a CJB-2 unit, this control unit delivers Fast output, designed for high-demand bearing points in continuous-flow lubrication systems. Use this rate for larger bearings, loaded journals, and higher-speed shafts requiring a generous, continuous supply to prevent heat buildup and premature wear.
Continuous System Design
For continuous-flow lubrication systems only. Unlike cyclic (SLR) meter units, CJB control units have no internal check valve and are designed for systems where the pump runs continuously. Do not use in cyclic (intermittent) pump systems — the absence of a check valve will result in line drainage and system failure.
