The Kipp K0005.15111A1X20 is a Size 1 aluminum cam lever with 10-32 UNC external thread with a 20mm Stainless Steel threaded stud, a Black fine structured powder-coat cast aluminum handle, and a Stainless Steel (1.4305) stud. Unlike standard threaded handles that require continuous rotation, cam levers deliver instant, torque-free workpiece clamping with a single lever stroke over just 1.2 mm of cam travel. The 4 kN clamping force is achieved with only 120 N of hand force — making this lever ideal for high-frequency fixturing, machine guarding, assembly jigs, and any application requiring fast, repeatable clamping without lateral stress on the workpiece.
