The Kipp K0005.05011A0X30 is a Size 0 aluminum cam lever with 10-24 UNC external thread with a 30mm Steel threaded stud, a Black fine structured powder-coat cast aluminum handle, and a Steel (Class 5.8) stud. Unlike standard threaded handles that require continuous rotation, cam levers deliver instant, torque-free workpiece clamping with a single lever stroke over just 1 mm of cam travel. The 2.5 kN clamping force is achieved with only 100 N of hand force — making this lever ideal for high-frequency fixturing, machine guarding, assembly jigs, and any application requiring fast, repeatable clamping without lateral stress on the workpiece.
