Dewitt's SKU #: B1088 | Mfr Part #: B1088The Bijur Delimon B1088 Meter Unit (Type FSA-5) is a precision oil proportioning device designed for Single Line Resistance (SLR) cyclic lubrication systems. Engineered for "Extra, Extra Fast" applications, this Straight Type unit mounts directly at the bearing — connecting the system's 5/32" supply tubing to the bearing's 1/8 NPT tap — and ensures that point receives a consistent, metered volume of oil during every pump cycle.
Regulated Extra, Extra Fast Flow
As a FSA-5 model, this unit delivers the Extra, Extra Fast flow rate — the maximum standard output available. Reserved for the most demanding bearing points: heavily loaded, large-diameter bearings and high-speed shafts where the highest possible lubrication volume is critical to preventing premature failure.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures oil flows in one direction only — indicated by the arrow stamped on the hex body — and prevents distribution lines from draining back to the reservoir when the pump is in its off cycle. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
