Dewitt's SKU #: B1086 | Mfr Part #: B1086The Bijur Delimon B1086 Meter Unit (Type FSA-3) is a precision oil proportioning device designed for Single Line Resistance (SLR) cyclic lubrication systems. Engineered for "Fast" applications, this Straight Type unit mounts directly at the bearing — connecting the system's 5/32" supply tubing to the bearing's 1/8 NPT tap — and ensures that point receives a consistent, metered volume of oil during every pump cycle.
Regulated Fast Flow
As a FSA-3 model, this unit delivers Fast flow, engineered for high-demand bearing points such as large roller bearings, heavily loaded ball screws, and high-speed spindles running under continuous loads. This rate ensures a full protective film is maintained even in the most demanding machining environments.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures oil flows in one direction only — indicated by the arrow stamped on the hex body — and prevents distribution lines from draining back to the reservoir when the pump is in its off cycle. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
