With an 18:1 pressure ratio and an adjustable discharge of 0.57–2.8 cc per stroke, it converts 60–200 psi plant air into high-pressure grease delivery.
Air-Operated, Spring Return Design
Each air cycle drives the piston forward, discharging an adjustable volume of NLGI 1-2 grease through the outlet check assembly; the internal spring returns the piston for the next cycle. Output adjusts by screw (.007 cu. in. per turn). Pair with T30/T32 reservoirs or run from bulk supplies. When output may exceed 3,000 psi, install rupture disc indicator #10412PR.
