A 7:1 pressure ratio and adjustable 0.57–2.8 cc per stroke discharge let it run directly from 200–500 psi machine hydraulic supplies.
Hydraulic Power, Double-Acting Design
The TP222C uses machine hydraulic pressure (200–500 psi) for both power and return strokes, delivering NLGI 1-2 grease through the outlet check assembly. Output adjusts by screw (.007 cu. in. per turn). Hydraulic pressure must fall below 2 psi during the relief cycle for single-acting service — see the data sheet before specifying.
