Configured as a 12 Liter SLR system with 100/115 VAC power and Timer (ON/OFF), this pump serves up to 100 lubrication points and is designed to reduce bearing failures, minimize machine downtime, and eliminate the inconsistency of manual lubrication.
Single Line Resistance (SLR) System
The SFX SLR version is designed for Single Line Resistance cyclic lubrication systems. The gear pump delivers pressurized oil to the distribution network, forcing all resistance fittings (meter units) to flow proportioned quantities of oil to each friction point simultaneously. The pump builds pressure until the pressure relief valve setting of 75 psi (5 bar) is reached. Once the motor stops, line pressure returns to near 0 psi, actuating a quick-dump valve that relieves the lines back to the reservoir. SLR systems serve up to 100 lubrication points and use oil exclusively.
Integrated ON/OFF Timer
This unit features an integrated ON/OFF Timer with digital status display for easy programming. ON time and OFF time are independently adjustable from 1 second to 99 hours. On power-up, the timer begins with the ON time setting. Customer simply connects (+) and (-) power to the controller terminals - no external timer required.
