- A dual-line pump and reversing valve: main line I must be relieved while line II is pressurized, and vice versa (P_2018_1_GB_ZVB p.2).
- BS-B electric lubricator: BDI's data sheet names ZV-B distributors as its usual downstream partner in dual-line systems (DS 35515 p.1).
- Weld-on plate (SMS standard) if needed: accessory code 20 (1-2 outlets), 21 (3-4), 22 (5-6), 01 (7-8) (P_2018_1_GB_ZVB p.5).
- Electrical monitoring: see BDI data sheets 66925P1 (monitoring switch) and 66925S001 (inductive sensor) (P_2018_1_GB_ZVB p.4).
Before you order
- Never pressurize above 400 bar - BDI warns this is a danger to life and limb (P_2018_1_GB_ZVB p.4).
- Metering screw = fixed maximum dose. Order an adjusting device (codes 32-35, 42-45, 09) if the dose must change later; minimum is about 1/4 of maximum (P_2018_1_GB_ZVB p.5).
- The metering and plate codes must match the outlet-pair group: 1+2, 3+4, 5+6 or 7+8 outlets (P_2018_1_GB_ZVB p.5).
- To cross-port or separate two facing outlets, the set screw (6) and screw plug (7) must be removed or fitted (P_2018_1_GB_ZVB p.3).
- With electrical monitoring the limit is -20 to +70 °C; without (with protection cap) -20 to +120 °C (P_2018_1_GB_ZVB p.4).
Choosing between options
- 0.5, 1.5 or 3.0 cm³ per stroke (codes 05/15/30); each outlet is served once per full cycle of two lubricating strokes (P_2018_1_GB_ZVB p.2, p.5).
