Bijur Delimon 74161-7941 (factory description: PLUG SPECIAL ZP-A,ZV-B,SA-K). Delimon ZP-A progressive distributors (plus ZP-B and ZAG variants) and their service parts. A ZP-A block splits one supply line's oil or grease into metered doses delivered in turn to up to 24 outlets.

What you'll also need

• Screw joint kit sized to the outlet count: accessory code 04 (1-4 outlets) through 09 (21-24 outlets) in the ZP-A order code (P_2005_1_GB_ZPA p.2).
• Overpressure indicator to show a blockage: 70 bar (accessory code 02) or 100 bar (code 03) (P_2005_1_GB_ZPA p.2).
• Controller: SMAC-MAX 42012-5 (110 VAC) or 42012-4 (220 VAC) runs progressive systems in cycle-control mode d3 off a divider cycle switch (DS 36830 p.3).

Before you order

• A piston's dose leaves through the adjacent segment toward the inlet, and the A-segment dose leaves at the E-segment - check this before cross-porting outlets (P_2005_1_GB_ZPA p.3).
• Monitoring code 01 = motion indicator (visual), 02 = monitoring switch (electrical). Electrical monitoring is an add-on to the motion-indicator version (P_2005_1_GB_ZPA p.1-2).
• Outlet letters in the code (e.g. I, A, Q) are set by BDI's segment price list, not the data sheet - quote the full order code from the nameplate to get the same doses (P_2005_1_GB_ZPA p.2).
• With a proximity indicator the ZP-A is limited to -20 to +80 °C; without, -20 to +110 °C (P_2005_1_GB_ZPA p.3).

Choosing between options

• ZP-A (progressive, one supply line, 160 bar max) vs ZV-B (dual-line, 400 bar max, doses each point independently of back pressure) (P_2005_1_GB_ZPA p.3; P_2018_1_GB_ZVB p.1-4).
• Metered volume per piston stroke is 0.1, 0.2 or 0.3 cm³ by segment choice; larger doses per point by cross-porting outlets (P_2005_1_GB_ZPA p.3).
