This 3-way injector, group actuation configuration is purpose-built for cutting-tool lubrication in machining operations, and units combine into manifolds up to 12 outlets.
Metered Micro-Lubrication
Compressed air (44–103 psi) actuated by a 3/2 solenoid valve drives the injector piston, forcing metered oil through the outlet check valve; the spring returns the piston and recharges the metering chamber. Delivery adjusts per outlet by adjustment nut. Feed oil by gravity from an MPA reservoir (70 cc–1 L, sold separately) or under pressure to 44 psi max.
