The Bijur Delimon DM41100 is a Medium-duty (DM40 series) dualine divider valve assembly with 1 discharge ports (one port per valve section, bottom), rated to 3,500 psi (240 bar), individually adjustable, and equipped with Brass indicator housing with stainless steel indicator pins. Discharge volume is fully adjustable from .59cc (.036 cu. in.) up to 2.21cc (.135 cu. in.) per piston stroke - per outlet, independent of every other outlet on the block.
How DM Dualine Valves Work
DM valves are fully hydraulic - no springs, no check valves, just a pilot piston and a main piston. Pressurized lubricant from the supply line drives the main piston, discharging a precisely metered shot of lubricant out the bottom discharge port to the bearing. On the next system cycle, the supply pressure reverses and the piston resets - readying the next dose. Each DM valve section has one bottom discharge port per valve, making this style ideal where bearings are oriented under the valve block or where a simpler single-discharge layout is preferred.
