Description
Bijur Delimon Series S Constant Level Oiler - Sub-Atmospheric (Balance Tube at 90 deg)
L. Dewitt's SKU #: 38129 | Mfr Part #: 38129Manual oiling is guesswork - and guesswork kills bearings. Top-ups get missed, levels run high or low, and the bearing housing pays the price in heat, wear, and unplanned downtime. The Bijur Delimon Constant Level Oiler eliminates the variable: it maintains a precise, pre-set oil level automatically and shows you the back-up volume at a glance.
- Plant Maintenance & Lubrication Technicians tired of running PM rounds with an oil can and a guess.
- Reliability Engineers eliminating overfill / underfill bearing failures.
- Pump, Blower, Compressor & Gearbox OEMs outfitting bearing housings with set-and-forget oilers as standard equipment.
- MRO Buyers sourcing direct replacements for legacy Trico, Oil-Rite, or older Bijur oilers in service.
- Industrial Mechanics who need a reservoir they can read at a glance and a level that does not drift.
38129: Sealed body with a 90-degree balance tube for bearings or gearboxes that operate under sub-atmospheric (vacuum) pressure.
Why This Model
If a standard oiler is leaking oil out the bottom and you can't figure out why, sub-atmospheric pressure in the bearing housing is the most likely culprit. The Series S balance tube fixes it.

What This Solves
- Solves the sub-atmospheric oiler problem. A standard breather oiler will spill oil out the bottom when the bearing housing is below atmospheric pressure - the Series S balance tube equalizes pressure between the oiler and the housing so it stays level.
- 90-degree balance tube routing. The balance tube exits at 90 deg to the side port, simplifying installation when the side port runs to a horizontal pipe and the balance line needs to go up.
- Sealed body. No breather holes to vent - the balance tube is the only air path.
- Same set-and-forget level control as the standard Series N, just sized for vacuum service.
Common Applications
- Vacuum pump bearing housings and gearboxes
- Compressor stages running below atmospheric
- Process equipment with sealed crankcases at sub-atmospheric pressure
- Equipment where a standard oiler "spits" oil out the bottom port
