38003: Stainless wire cage sized to clamp around the adaptor cap of an oiler that already has a PVC protective skirt.
Why This Model
Standard wire cage 38000 will not clamp onto an oiler that already has a PVC skirt - the skirt makes the adaptor cap effectively wider. The 38003 is sized specifically for that case.
