Bijur Delimon M2500C5G (factory description: VALVE ASSY 5 SECT BSPP (CHART)). Bijur Delimon M2500G progressive divider valves: complete sectional assemblies, individual valve, inlet and end sections, tie-rod kits, zone inlets and indicator/switch parts for Multiport-fed oil or grease systems.

What you'll also need

• Supply-line adapters (1/4IN NPT): 1/4IN tube U83B2 or 3/8IN tube U83D2 straight; B10092-1 or U87D2 90° (B151 p.90).
• Feed lines: 1/4IN OD steel U424E4 or nylon 70420, with 1/4IN tube x 1/8IN NPT adapters U83B1/B6534 (straight) or U87B1/B6536 (90°); plug unused ports with U119AC (B151 p.90).
• Cycle switch: 17324 NEMA 4 plunger switch (600 VAC 15 A; 250 VDC 0.5 A) with bracket 33583, or MCSA2503 magnet switch (250 VAC/28 VDC 5 A, 3-pin) (B151 p.47).
• Proximity sensor 66925S003: N.O. NPN, 10-30 VDC, 100 mA, M12 4-pole, IP65 (B151 p.47).
• Controller for progressive systems: SMAC-MAX cycle-control mode d3 (1-999 cycle counts, monitor time 1-999 s) (DS 36830 p.3).

Before you order

• Supply line: 1/4IN OD tubing is for oil only; use 3/8IN OD tubing for NLGI 2 grease or lighter; consult BDI for runs over 25FT (B151 p.90).
• 66925S003 is an NPN sensor; the SC400 controller accepts PNP, NPN or mechanical switch inputs (B151 p.47; DL29 p.20).
