- Connector nipples to join junction bars end to end: 20124 (5/16-24), 15822 (M8x1), 25632 (M10x1) (B151 p.8)
- 5/16-24 closure plug B3784 for unused ports, and nut B1095 or bushing B1371 + sleeve B1061/B8272 for 5/32IN tube (B151 p.18-19)
- Meter units (FJB/FJC/FJD, AJB) or control units (CJB/CJC/CJD) sized for each outlet (DS 35470; B151 p.34-41)
Before you order
- Match the thread family: 5/16-24 (5/32IN tube), M8x1 (4MM), M10x1 (6MM), 1/8 NPTF or 1/8 BSPT (B151 p.49-55).
- 5/16-24 bars come in two bodies: die-cast for FJB/FJC/CJB/CJC, and aluminum bar stock for the thinner FJD/CJD units (B151 p.52-55; DS 35470).
- Push-to-connect bars (60330-x) take nylon tube only, 290 psi (20 bar) max (B151 p.16-17, 55).
Choosing between options
- Junction headers B1503 etc. are for FT/CT tee units; B7682-B7694 are plain 1/8 NPTF aluminum junction blocks (B151 p.48-49).
- Double-sided bars fit more outlets in less length: 6-way B3109 is 48MM long vs 80MM for single-sided B3264 (B151 p.52, 54).
