Bijur Delimon 70124 Pressure Switch 25 bar with Deutsch Connector

Bijur Delimon 70124 (factory description: PRESS SW. 25BAR W/DEUTSCH CONN). Pressure switches that open or close an electrical contact at a set lubricant or air pressure, used to confirm a lube cycle, detect end-of-line pressure or monitor air supply.

What you'll also need

• DIN-style switches: DIN 43650 form A connector MCC2510A or cable 35732-1 / 35732-2 (15FT) (B151 p.76).
• Deutsch-connector switches: harness 35559 or 35597 (25FT, 2-way) (B151 p.75).

Before you order

• Check both the set point and the direction: B151 lists switches that actuate on rising pressure (e.g. 26772 225 psi) and on falling pressure (p.62).
• Match the contact to the controller input: N.O., N.C. or SPDT (both) (B151 p.62–67).
• Check the port: most fixed-set Bijur switches are 1/8NPT, higher-range ones 1/4NPT, and 34241-8823 is M10x1 (B151 p.62–63).
• Check the electrical rating against the load; B151 ratings run from 250 mA (29921, 18–36 VDC) to 15 A (26792, 125–480 VAC) (p.63, 65).

Choosing between options

• SureFire II external end-of-line switches: PDI 26772-2 (225 psi); SLR 26641-2 single-phase or 27444-1 with MCC2510A on 3-phase (DS 36410, DS 36701).
• For adjustable high-pressure monitoring B151 lists 35517-1 (500–2000 psi) and 35517-2 (1200–4500 psi), Deutsch connection (p.62).
• Explosion-proof switches: SWT13299A (NEMA 4/7/9) and 24383 (NEMA 7/9, IP66) (B151 p.66).
