Bijur Delimon 20657 Coupling Assembly 5/32 Diameter Nylon

Bijur Delimon 20657 (factory description: COUPLING ASSY 5/32 DIA NYLON). Fittings, adapters, plugs, seals and small connection hardware used to join pumps, junctions, meter units, injectors and tube or hose in Bijur Delimon, Farval and LubeSite lubrication systems.

What you'll also need

• Compression joints: a nut and sleeve sized for the tube OD (B151 p.18–19); nylon tube also needs a tubing insert (p.19, e.g. 19268 for 5N25 tube).
• Straight-thread (BSPP, metric, UNF) ports: a copper seal or O-ring sized to the thread (B151 p.20–21, e.g. M8 20913-6, M10 20913-1).

Before you order

• B1061 (double-sided) is for metal tube and B8272 (single-sided) for nylon tube; they are not the same sleeve (B151 p.19).
• B151 groups 4MM and 5/32IN tube on the same 5/16-24 fittings (e.g. A2835, B2626, p.13); metric M8x1 fittings are a separate thread.
• Measure the thread; 1/8 NPT, 1/8 BSPT and 1/8 BSPP look alike and B151 lists separate parts and adapters for each (p.9, e.g. 36465-1 1/8BSPT × 1/8NPT).
• Bijur's small threads are easy to mix up: 5/16-24 (5/32IN or 4MM tube), 1/4-28, M8x1 (4MM tube) and M10x1 (6MM tube) (B151 p.18). Check pitch with a gauge.
• Tube sizes in a name are tube OD: '1/4 Tubing' means 1/4IN OD tube, not 1/4 NPT. Measure the tube OD before choosing nut and sleeve (B151 p.18–19).
• Push-to-connect fittings are for nylon tube only, 290 psi / 20 bar max (B151 p.16–17); use compression fittings for metal tube or higher pressure.

Choosing between options

• Many B151 fittings exist in brass, steel and stainless with the same threads, e.g. 1/8IN tube × 1/8 NPT straight: brass 27594-1, stainless 35655-1 (B151 p.10).
• Captive-sleeve brass parts (e.g. nuts 35433, 35531, 35434) have the sleeve held in the nut; standard nuts (B1226, B146, B6531) take a loose sleeve (B151 p.18).
• Bag part numbers are quantity packs of the same part: BB1371 = 25 × B1371, BB1061 = 50 × B1061, 34497 = 10 × 15322 (B151 p.18–20).
