The FKA is an insert-type unit designed to thread into a tapped hole that mates with a drilled internal oil passage, eliminating external inlet tubing entirely. It delivers "Fast" metered oil via its 1/8 NPT outlet to the bearing.
Regulated Fast Flow
As a FKA-3 model, this unit delivers Fast flow, engineered for high-demand bearing points such as large roller bearings, heavily loaded ball screws, and high-speed spindles running under continuous loads. This rate ensures a full protective film is maintained even in the most demanding machining environments.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional oil flow and prevents the internal passage from draining between pump cycles. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
