L. Dewitt's SKU #: B1108 | Mfr Part #: B1108The Bijur Delimon B1108 Meter Unit (Type FTD-2) is a precision oil proportioning device for Single Line Resistance (SLR) cyclic lubrication systems. The FTD is a mid-size tee-type unit with a 9/16" O.D. body, bridging the gap between the compact FTC and the heavy-duty FTA/FTB. It delivers "Medium Fast" metered oil to the bearing.
Regulated Medium Fast Flow
As a FTD-2 model, this unit delivers Medium Fast flow, designed for larger or more heavily loaded bearings that require a more generous oil supply per cycle. Typical candidates include loaded spindle bearings, large linear slides, and higher-speed shafts where under-lubrication leads to accelerated wear.
Cyclic System Integrity
An integrated 5 lb check valve ensures one-directional oil flow and prevents line drainage between pump cycles. For cyclic lubrication systems only. Not compatible with continuous-flow pumps.
