L. Dewitt's SKU #: B7140 | Mfr Part #: B7140The Bijur Delimon B7140 Control Unit (Type CKB-4) is an oil proportioning device for continuous-flow lubrication systems. The CKB is the reverse configuration of the CKA: its inlet is 1/8 NPT (from the supply line) and the outlet shank inserts into a drilled passage leading to the bearing. It delivers "Extra, Extra Fast" output per cycle.
Calibrated Extra, Extra Fast Output
As a CKB-4 unit, this control unit delivers the Extra, Extra Fast output rate — near the top of the C-series range. Specified for critical, high-demand bearing points in continuous systems where only the highest steady oil delivery will prevent failure under sustained heavy load.
Continuous System Design
For continuous-flow lubrication systems only. No internal check valve. Do not use in cyclic pump systems.
